Located on Jalan Braban in Seminyak, the villa is a short walk to Jalan Kayu Aya and Laksmana nicknamed “Eat Street”, with its plethora of restaurants, spa’s, shops, supermarkets, bars and clubs. The villa’s great location offers guests easy access to Petitenget, Berawa, Canggu and the opposite direction, the airport, Jimbaran and Uluwatu. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away, and the staff at the villa will be more than happy to make these travel arrangements for you.

Open-plan living and dining space overlooking the pool and surrounded by fish ponds. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably and complimented with a large elevated TV for your viewing pleasure.

The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, oven, grill, stove top plus fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, all crockery, glassware and chinaware.
Daybeds
There is a daybed on a deck near the living room surrounded by the fish ponds plus another covered area with sumptuous sofas overlooking the pool

Each of the downstairs bedrooms features a king-size bed, with the twin upstairs near the games room each featuring desk, cupboards, TV & DVD, air-conditioning and safety deposit box with all linens and towels and each room with an ensuite bathroom with shower plus complimentary bathroom amenities.
Games room
Up a short flight of stairs above the 3rd bedroom sits the games room with full size pool table, bar and large TV.

Staff
Villa manager on call, 1 butler, 1 housekeeping, gardener, pool attendant, and security from 6pm to 7am. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses) available on request. Security time is 11pm to 7am
